Stat PADS, LLC is looking for Customer Service Representatives to help our clients monitor their First Aid and Safety programs. Customer Service Representatives take excellent care of our subscribers, so they need to be proficient with phone and e-mail systems, a terrific communicator, professional, patient, and eager to help. Customer Service Representatives are teachers, coaches, and cheerleaders and have outstanding relationships with the people we serve.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling both inbound and outbound calls. They will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have the ability to learn other types of Customer Relationship Management software. They will have good grammar and communication skills, will be well-spoken, and will exemplify professional telephone etiquette. He or she will also prove to be a team-player, dependable, self-starting, and have a consistent positive and upbeat attitude.

Stat PADS is not a call center, but call center experience is helpful, as is any other customer service and sales experience.

Compensation includes base pay, variable pay, and generous benefits, including health insurance, flexible work environment and an abundance of paid holidays and other paid time off.
